This Privacy Statement describes how PlayTech360 Inc. ("PlayTech360," "we," "our," or "us"), a Georgia corporation, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with:

• The PlayTech360 website at playtech360.com and any associated subdomains or web-based services (the "Site");
• PlayTech360 programs, events, camps, clinics, and training activities ("Programs");
• PlayTech360 product distribution activities, including the ActionSticks™ Early Access Program;
• PlayTech360 applications and digital platforms, now existing or developed in the future; and
• Any other context in which you provide personal information to PlayTech360.

This Statement applies to information collected about participants, parents and guardians, coaches, applicants, website visitors, and any other individuals whose personal information PlayTech360 receives. It does not apply to information collected by third parties whose websites or services may be linked from the Site.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

PlayTech360 collects personal information in the following categories depending on your relationship with us.

Information You Provide Directly

• Identity information: full name, date of birth, age.
• Contact information: email address, mailing address, telephone number.
• Shipping information: mailing or delivery address for product distribution.
• Program application data: sport, coaching context, club or organization affiliation, ages of participants coached, and other information submitted in program applications.
• Health and medical information: medical conditions, allergies, medications, and other health disclosures provided voluntarily in connection with program participation.
• Emergency contact information: name and telephone number of emergency contacts.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor (currently Stripe). PlayTech360 does not store full payment card numbers.
• Account credentials: username and password for PlayTech360 account access.
• Communications: emails, messages, and other correspondence you send to us.
• User content: photographs, videos, feedback, testimonials, and other content you submit through the Site or any PlayTech360 platform.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and navigation paths.
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Cookie and tracking data: as described in the Cookie Notice contained in our Website Terms of Use (PT360-TOU-2026-01).
• Log data: server logs including access times, error reports, and similar technical data.

Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors: transaction confirmation and fraud prevention signals.
• Analytics providers: aggregated site usage data.
• Social media platforms: if you interact with PlayTech360 content on social media, we may receive information consistent with your privacy settings on those platforms.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Program and Service Delivery

• To process registrations, applications, and enrollments for PlayTech360 Programs.
• To communicate with participants, parents, and guardians about Program schedules, logistics, safety, and updates.
• To administer and operate athletic training camps, clinics, and events.
• To evaluate and select Early Access Program applicants based on legitimate program criteria.
• To fulfill product distribution commitments and ship materials to program participants.
• To respond to inquiries, feedback, and support requests.

Safety and Emergency Response

• To contact emergency contacts in the event of a medical or safety incident during a Program.
• To authorize emergency medical treatment for minor participants when a parent or guardian cannot be reached promptly.
• To send weather alerts, facility changes, and safety-related communications by text and email.

Account Management

• To create and manage PlayTech360 user accounts.
• To authenticate users and maintain account security.
• To track agreement acceptances, including version and timestamp, as required for legal documentation purposes.

Marketing and Communications

• To send information about future PlayTech360 Programs, events, and services to those who have registered for a Program or requested information.
• To use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of participants as authorized under applicable media release agreements.
• To feature participant testimonials and user content in marketing materials where appropriate consent has been obtained.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us at admin@playtech360.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or safety communications related to active Program enrollment.

Product and Service Improvement

• To analyze Site usage and improve website performance and content.
• To evaluate feedback and suggestions for product and program development.
• To conduct internal research and analytics.

Legal and Compliance

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests.
• To enforce our agreements, terms, and policies.
• To protect the rights, safety, and property of PlayTech360, its personnel, program participants, and the public.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

PlayTech360 does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We may share personal information in the following circumstances.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site and delivering Programs, including payment processors (currently Stripe), email service providers, analytics providers, website hosting providers, and technology platform providers. Service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to PlayTech360 and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality.

Program Personnel

We share relevant participant information — including names, emergency contacts, health disclosures, and session schedules — with coaches, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and assistants involved in delivering PlayTech360 Programs, to the extent necessary for safe and effective program delivery.

Facility Operators

Where Programs are conducted at third-party facilities, we may share participant information with facility operators as required for access, safety compliance, or facility-specific requirements.

ActionSticks™ Licensor

In connection with product distribution and the Early Access Program, PlayTech360 may share relevant applicant and participant information with the intellectual property licensor of ActionSticks™ for purposes consistent with the administration of those programs. Such sharing is subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of PlayTech360, program participants, or others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of PlayTech360's assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any material changes to this Privacy Statement.

With Your Consent

We may share information in other circumstances with your explicit prior consent.

5. DATA RETENTION

PlayTech360 retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Statement, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods vary by information type and context:

• Program registration and participation records: retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the conclusion of the applicable program to support legal compliance and dispute resolution.
• Agreement acceptance records: retained indefinitely as legal documentation of consent.
• Financial and payment records: retained as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
• Marketing contact lists: retained until you opt out or request deletion.
• Account information: retained until account deletion is requested and processed, subject to legal hold requirements.

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements and our legitimate interests.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

PlayTech360 Programs are designed for youth athletes, and many of our participants are minors under the age of thirteen (13). PlayTech360 does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All registration and application information for minor participants is collected from and provided by a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your minor child has provided personal information to PlayTech360 directly without your consent, please contact us at admin@playtech360.com and we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.

For participants between the ages of 13 and 17, we collect and use information as described in this Statement and encourage parents and guardians to review this Statement with their children.

8. SECURITY

PlayTech360 implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include secure data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and use of reputable third-party service providers who maintain their own security programs.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that triggers notification obligations under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals as required.

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party services. This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected by PlayTech360. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. PlayTech360 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site or service.

10. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING

Where you have provided consent to receive text messages from PlayTech360 — including in connection with program registration — we may send safety alerts, weather notifications, schedule changes, and program communications by SMS. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any PlayTech360 text message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-consent. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communication channels.

PlayTech360 does not use SMS for promotional marketing without separate express consent.

11. GEORGIA RESIDENTS

This Privacy Statement is designed to comply with applicable Georgia law. Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute comparable to the California Consumer Privacy Act. To the extent any applicable Georgia law grants specific privacy rights, PlayTech360 will honor those rights as required.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

PlayTech360 may update this Privacy Statement at any time. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Site or participation in PlayTech360 Programs following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Statement.
